Homework help at Devas

Information for funders and donors

We welcome high value donations for both core costs and specific projects. We know that as a funder it’s important for you to know about us …

Financial Propriety

Devas has been delivering youth services since 1884. You can read a short history here.

You can find our latest accounts and annual report here.

It’s important to know that your money will be well spent. You can see the impact of some of our previous projects in action here. And news about our current projects here and daily life at Devas here and on our Instagram. Our team are best in class, discover their qualifications here.

Project Evaluation

We want to learn from our work and have a five-point measurement and effectiveness framework for all grants:

  1. Financial monitoring: did we spend the money carefully and specifically on the project to which it was allocated?

  2. Results monitoring: did the project achieve its objectives?

  3. Compliance monitoring: did we comply with any specific grant restrictions or requirements?

  4. Beneficiary monitoring: what was the impact of the project on the beneficiaries?

  5. Organisational monitoring: what can we learn? How can we improve?

Keeping it safe

And, of course, it’s critical that we deliver our work with the safety of our children at the core of everything we do.

You can find our policies here.

Thank you

Thank you to the generous people who support Devas and the work we do with the children and young people of Battersea and South London.
