All staff and volunteers that work with children are DBS checked
All youth workers are trained to a minimum of Level 2 in childcare, with many trained to Level 3
Our Safeguarding leads – the Director of Operations and Senior Project Manager – are trained to Level 3 in Safeguarding
Our specialist tutors (music, sport, dance) all hold the relevant professional qualifications
