Clare Cole

Clare spent most of her career working as an institutional fundraiser for NGOs that specialise in international development such as Christian Aid and Oxfam GB. Her husband’s career took the family overseas to the DRC, Kenya, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Cuba where Clare worked for a range of NGOs, UNDP and volunteered for small community-based organisations. She also sat on the boards of the French Schools in Maputo and Harare, and the management committee of the Alliance Française in Harare. Now back in London, she is delighted to join the trustees at Devas, with a particular focus on fundraising for the Club’s work with young people.
